Greg "Wheels" Fogle"Wheels" started working on hydroplanes in 1993 with Jim Lucero working on boats like the Smokin' Joes and Close Call through the 1997 season. After a brief stint in the Budweiser shop, he joined the Appian jeronimo crew in 1998 and followed the Appian Jeronimo into the USA Racing Partners camp through the 2001 season. "Wheels" came to the U-4 team to work on a unique project that will do something beneficial for the sport of hydroplane racing.
